    Completed an operation and it disconnected me as soon as I completed the mission, and got none of the rewards I found in the operation, nor any XP..

      That is on the game dev's side that was implemented with this last patch of the game. They said they will revert that in the next hotpatch to fix other issues the update came with. So hold on for a little bit and hopefully it will be resolved.
