The lenses are colorable, so you can just color them red. But I do think I messed up the colorable parts so the whole lense are colored. Making adjustments so it looks like the vanilla one.
Oh yeah, I forgot they plan on doing that. I hope it's gonna be similar to how it looks in this mod. The glowing eyes are nice, but I noticed the official green version seems to be overly bright compared to red.
I can tweak it a little bit or may add different option.
if you want to keep the red lenses don't use these texture files: ch_mark_8_helmet_01_<1-10>.pct_mip ch_mark_8_helmet_01_em_<1-10>.pct_mip If you've already put them in pak 0, just delete them inside the pak.
I completely forgot, I do think they look good in the film but in game not so much. Still amazing work man, im so glad they added your mod in the astartes overhaul too!
It's probably just something off with my texture edit. Will see if I can tweak it a little. First iteration of the mod, will probably make some tweaks to capture the Retributors more like in the short films.
Sans importing new meshes though since that's still not possible atm.
depends on the mod, if you check out astarties overhaul you have to go to the announcement section of their discord to get the online fix file, their discord is on the mod page. the author recently mixed this mod with that one so look for retributor edition in mod pages files and the retributor fix on their discord if you want to go that route.

These lenses are not lining up with Mark8 helmet.
Any possibility of making that stand alone (or stand alone recolored lenses)?
Doing Ultramarine animated movie style would be cool, even if its just a simple lense recolor.
This only works right now for Mk8 helmet.
That could be a lot of time, I don't know if someone else is planning on creating a stand alone one.
Since Saber might be releasing it soon anyway.
