Titus' face has a weird discoloration happening with his lower jaw. It's not that noticeable during regular play, but it is during cutscenes. I'll dive into what's causing this after the weekend, but in the meantime, I recommend having helmets on and grabbing Helmets On In Cuscenes to mitigate this issue.
Greetings. I have tried to load this mod many times. I have tried loose and packed. It always crashes. I dont have the 4K textures dlc. I have tried it with and without the astartes mod. It always crashes. I dont have any other mods I use. Can anyone provide a dumb down step by step way to install this mod or what I could be doing wrong. Thanks for any help you can give guys.
I'm having slight trouble getting the full effect of this mod to work. Everything works fine besides my bot squad being the right chapter colors. I am stacking the Astarte's mod, and the deluge mod just to keep in mind.
This is after following the instructions for To make bots use the same chapter colors in the description? The file global_armor_color_pattern_library.sso is responsible for giving the bots the right colors. The file customization_decal_library.sso is responsible for giving them the right decals.
And this shouldn't be messing with Deluge since they modify completely different files.
thanks for the mod! carcharodons are my favorite by far for sm2. One question though, which are the files for the r.shoulder tribal decals for the void-brother customization? using the kitbashed and astartes helmets the carcharodon r.shoulder occupy the same slot as fire support icon. Could you please tell me which ones from pct/ssl i need to keep?
thank you void brother! Unfortunately the patch came early before i could a picture with the r.shoulder decal on, bricked everything and I have to wait for kitbashed/helmet decals to get updated. Does your mod need updating too?
Not sure if I;m doing anything wrong but moving around will sometimes undo the changes from this mod,? Like the NPC marines will revert back to Ultramarines and shift back to Sharks as you move.
Don't think I've heard of that issue yet. Did you install the packed or the loose version? If it's the loose version, don't forget to make a new cache file through PakCacher.
That's really strange, I can't replicate that issue. You mentioned that you have no other mods installed, so I'm assuming that you don't have the .exe files that come with Astartes? I recommend grabbing them through that mod's discord. It could be the base game refusing modded pak files from working properly.
So I did loose files and the only thing I touched in the pak was adding St1cky's FOV camera folder, everything works except the launch Thunderhawk has half Ultrasmurf textures and half Carcharodon
Yes. The story has a lot of texture files related to it and it'd take a while to cover all. Titus has something around 25-30 texture files just for him.
wish there would be mod to swap heads, would love to use Heavy's masked face + Assault's face for other classes. but slick job customizing current ones, the job devs were too lazy to do!
