About this mod
This is a merge I made that includes mods from Revival modpack, Living_City, Kadzait24, TheWorse, and Variety Pack. All credits goes to the authors who made them, I simply merge them to include as much of their features as possible while not breaking the game. Also, because popular demand from my YouTube video encourages me to upload this merge.

IMPORTANT #2 (8/16/2020): Recently there was a new mod called "Reborn" that was released. This mod was made by HeySlickThatsMe, who was one of the major contributor, likely the most influential one, that had been the key in recreating a close representation of the Watch Dogs E3 version. Not exactly, but closed, while adding his own flare that made the game feel newer.
If you remember "Revival" mentioned here, he had a huge hand in its creation, and "Reborn" was derived from there. Not only that, but this mod also included an efficient way merge with "Living City" as well as providing some optional mods that we would want to include in his mod. The instruction is clear enough for rookies to get it done themselves, and after playing around with it, I have to say that "Reborn" should be the go-to mod for those wanting the E3 experience.
I will warn, however, that the focus mode will have the slow-mo effect closer to E3 2013, while the no-effect version from E3 2012 will not be included unlike mine here. Additionally, the Beretta M9 is also not included in the "Reborn". For weather, there will not be permanent rain. But these are small differences that only people who are desperate for the E3 experience like me will be nitpicking on, otherwise it is a great mod that I think most of you who had downloaded from mine will enjoy more from "Reborn".

Links to Mods: Because you need to know where I found my source. If you're interested to see their full package separately, here you go....
1) "Living_City" by The_Silver: https://www.moddb.com/mods/living-city/#7604213
2) "Revival" by KAOS GAMING: https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/watch-dogs-revival-mod-e3-2012.416043/
****To be very clear here, the Revival is a modpack created by multiple people, all collectively worked together on Discord and other places, also calling themselves the Revival_Team. Therefore, credit goes to a lot of people, but since the link I gave is the easiest place to download the Revival, and it was setup by KAOS GAMING, I put his name down instead. So remember, not just KAOS GAMING, but also Revival_Team from Discord and other places that made this modpack.****
3) "Kadzait24's Watch_Dogs E3 Mod" by Kadzait24: https://www.moddb.com/mods/kadzait24s-watch-dogs-e3-mod/addons/kadzait24s-watch-dogs-e3-mod-5
4) "TheWorse" by TheWorse, MaLDo, and VAAS: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/watch-dogs-theworse-mod-8-download.html
5) "Variety Pack" by TXGT: https://www.nexusmods.com/watchdogs/mods/30
****Just to give more credit where credit is due, TXGT himself gives credit to authors for using their resources to make his package. To phrase it himself...
"CREDITS
This pack wouldn't be possible without: Rick, TheWorse, Kadzait24 (AlphaZ), Lunayah, Mystic_pr0ject, BossMafioso (Boss), Yizan, Supersourav99, Machine4578, CobraCommander, Marduk, The Silver, Mlleemiles, Essenthy, ThatGuyOverTher, puredorian, KuroTenshi, DimitriTech, Leemonoid, Bo3b, tall70, quantumsingularity86, xiaoxiao921, monju125 and all other guys I forgot to mention!"
...and now I won't have to worried about being ban.****
My Merge:
Graphic-wise, it is only my preference, with some mainly to my own liking, while others for the sake of recreating the E3 2012 demo gameplay that right now, in some other alternate reality, people are enjoying that full version.
Gameplay-wise, this merge contains most of the features from all the mods. Simple.
Additionally, I added in a "How_To_Merge_All_Mods.txt". This file contains instruction on how I merge the mods together as best as I can without breaking the game. However, it doesn't contain instruction on how to do the merging process itself, the tutorial for modding Watch Dogs is everywhere in YouTube and website. If you can't understand it, then don't bother doing anything to my merge files.
This merge also contain a "Living_City_MOD_CONFIG.txt" file, WHICH IS CRUCIAL FOR MAKING THIS MERGE FUNCTIONAL, specifically for the Living_City. Just go to that page and you can read why.
NOTE:
1) Because people have different taste, there are few versions of this mod. ONLY PICK ONE!
2) BACKUP YOUR ORIGINAL patch.dat and patch.fat file, in case you want to revert back to your original base game.
3) People who complain about their weapons disappearing, the Living_City added a feature that limits inventory space for immersion like Watch_Dogs 2. Simply go into the Living_City config text file and change it from there.
