If you have problems with clicking the Activate checkbox: Make sure you have disabled BattlEye Anti-Cheat before trying to use the editor, and make sure you have followed all steps in the Getting Started section of the mod page.
For advanced troubleshooting: Right click on the Activate entry and the error will be displayed on the first line.
If you are using Nomad's ScriptHook and changes aren't being saved: Disable ScriptHook before modifying abilities. ScriptHook blocks changes to NPC data from being saved to the savegame. You can re-enable ScriptHook afterwards.
How do I... Update my character's profile picture? Go to any shop or the DedSec wardrobe and change any clothing item for the game to update your character's profile picture.
Hi folks, v1.3.1 adds a highly requested feature - the ability to create a completely custom skill deck! Using the new Perk Editor, you can mix and match individual perks from different character decks to create your ideal operative. This also means that you can exceed the 4-skill limit and have 5 or more skills for your character.
Perks can be used to add passive skills, unlock weapon types for your character, change their Takedown animations, their melee fighting style and more.
Perks are added on top of those provided by your operative's current character deck, meaning you will have the perks from your current character deck, plus the perks set using the perk editor.
How to add perks: 1. Select an inactive operative 2. Select [ Load NPC Data ] > [ Perks ] 3. Choose your desired perks from the dropdown list. 4. Click [ Save Changes ] when done editing.
Examples:
Add "Passive_DamageResist" to add the "Physically Fit" skill.
Add "Twist_SecondWind" to add the Berserker skill.
Add "Passive_Gunkata" and "Passive_Combat Roll" to add the Gunkata and Combat Roll skills, respectively.
Add the WeaponProgression_* perks to unlock the use of all weapons of that specified type for your operative. e.g. WeaponProgression_AssaultRifle
For those who want to see the list of available perks, I've put up a full list here. You can see which character cards include which perks here.
The appearance code feature allows you to share character appearance codes with the community and import appearances that others have created. Appearance codes capture an operative's complete appearance, including clothing and any extra customizations that you have made.
Feel free to upload your character creations to the Nexus image share to share them with the community!
I found the zombie mode's chase drone version but it doesn't seem to want to appear on my operative, any ideas how to get it on an operative?
Did anyone find the zombie mode's combat spiderbot version in the editor?
Can you get multiples of the same perk / gadget i.e. multiple smoke nades? If so how?
I've noticed that with some perks like smoke grenade and paint bomb, if you remove them from the perks list, they'll stay on your character in-game even if they're not listed in the in-game team menu. So my question is, is there a way to full clean the "inventory" of the character so no perk traces are left behind after removing the perks or do you have to 1 by 1 remove them (at least the ones that will allow itself to be removed)?
What perk name is the dive bomb perk under?
Where is the tab to change the character's fighting style? It seems that some characters' original fighting style persists even after changing it using the editor.
I've noticed that the shock hack perks don't work either with a hacker character deck or as an individual perk.
Do not use Cheat Engine 7.5 but the 7.4. For some reason, the 7.5 (or 7.6 now) break the mod. I already gave the solution months or years ago but nobody read me :(
Bruh, I'm using 7.4.3, and the appearance editor (and several others) isn't working for me. And in fact I just tried to run it again and this time even the Activate script isn't working, it's saying "Error while scanning for AOBs: COperativeTeamManager_GetInstance Error: Not all results found" EDIT: And when it does work, the Appearance option has "Access violation". I disabled BattlEye according to the instructions, so that's not the issue.
EDIT 2: Also apparently BattlEye hasn't been in the game for over a year now, so it wouldn't have been the issue even if I hadn't done that.
- This mod works ONLY WITH a LEGIT STEAM / UBI version of the game that u purchased. It wont work with a hacked version from torrent, FitGirlRepack and so on. - Use only the CE 7.4.0 vers.
Is there any way to unlock the Sonic Charge upgrade for Aiden's Multi-Drone in Online? Adding it to characters' decks will unlock the Multi-Drone for use, though Sonic Charge is not available. If anyone has a solution, I would appreciate a response.
