Witcher main menu upscaled from 2048x1024 to 8192x4096 and then hand edited to remove artifacts. Should have no effect on game play since this is only a menu background.

I am a fan of the original Witcher look and feel. I am not one who wants to change the look of the menus from the original. However, I run my game on a large 4K monitor, and I do benefit from upscaled textures. In this case I could find no replacement for the main menu that was easy to install. In fact I could not get the only option I found to even work. So I extracted the textures needed from my install, upscaled, and hand edited the result to clean up artifacts. It came out real nice if I do say so myself, looks much better on a 4K monitor. The screenshot is from my install employing Text Size Increase For High Resolutions.
Installation is simple. Use a mod manager (MO2 in my case) or simply make sure the two texture files end up in the Override Folder inside the game Data folder. To uninstall remove the textures from the folder. You can install or uninstall at any time with no ill effects. If you like this please do not forget to endorse. Thanks!
