It doesn't seem to work. I added the mod in W3 mod manager, ran script merger with no merge conflicts, then in the game, the house next to the square, with the witch hunters burning a pile of books in front of it, didn't look anything like the images. The outside of the house didn't have the decorative plants, and the inside was just 1 small room with a butler and 2 locked doors.
Привет! Замечательный мод! Однако можешь добавить вторую версию без Йеннифер? А то она стоит столбом и даже поговорить нельзя, не говоря уже о занятием любовью)
Having spent a day trying to get into the Var Attre villa (don't ask..🤪!!) I discovered the correct house.
This is...magnificent. There's no other word for it. It is an absolute feast for the eyes from the glass in the windows to the detail of the woodwork and furniture. This is a work.of.art. Thank you for this wonderful addition to the game! Kudos to you.
For those (like me) who got the wrong house, I provide a couple of pics in the Images!
Update...major clashing with other mods regardless of priority. I always test a new immersion mods without any other installed first - this works flawlessly but once I add to my existing mods that I normally use - major issues. 1/2 empty house - floating 2nd and 3rd floors - no stairs, no apparent furnishings...there are too many mods that i use to tell which it is clashing with but even set to highest priority the issues are there.
Did you use any other house mods? I got the same bug, and then I figured out that it was clashing with this house mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/9364
I also discovered this mod conflicts with the Lornruk player home. Which is a shame because it is a lovely mod. The two houses edit the same game map level so one, or both, authors may wish to create a patch for it? When I added a single NPC close to Lornruk using Redkit, the player home was altered. So the whole Level is sensitive to changes.
There are no flowers on outside of home. There are random butlers spawning inside and in front of the first door. Inside, the door is locked. I used mod that unlocks doors and on the other side was the void lol.
download manually and drag the folder mods to your The Witcher 3 folder, if you already have mods folder just drag the folder of the mod "modnovigradhouse" itself into your mods folder in The Witcher 3
For those having the glitchy house, make sure you run TW3 Script Merger and check for conflicts. For me I only had a conflict with modImmersiveLighting2_3NextGen (levels\novigrad\novigrad.w2w) So to fix it I opened the Mod.settings file and I gave this novigrad house mod a higher priority over modImmersiveLighting2_3NextGen. So just set this house mod to a higher priority than any other mod(s) conflicting with it. Hope this helps.
This is a gorgeous home for Geralt in the perfect spot for Novigrad, - 'Yen honey we're out of juice, I'll just pop down to the Passiflora to pick some up, don't wait up'.

I like the mod and it is a great idea...though.
