   if I use a camera mod like "Enhanced Camera with Cinematic Shake Effect" is this mod necessary?

   "Camera shake during horse riding is now just disabled, instead of queuing up and then activating when getting off horse" = is this similar to the way the https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/7265?tab=posts mod works?
