Hello, I don't think it's a bug perse but Geralt's toxic face is not working proper. I make a custom mask that removes the greying around his neck but now it's not rendering proper. Maybe the toxic mask can be added on with your mod? I don't know how you made this but it is a must have mod for me. here is a with vs without your mod installed.
Hello, I have a problem - but probably not because of your mod, but because of mine. After installing your mod it conflicts (whether I think so or not) with my eye mods, more specifically with mod_RealisticEyesFix2K and mod_GlowingEyes_Orange_Faint, and after trying to uninstall them, the problem didn't go away, but stayed the same. Is there any way to fix this by prioritizing them etc? Or are they not compatible with each other? I saw the same problem with another user with eyes. Thanks for your attention. I found a solution to the problem, but you need to enable ray tracing (or screen space reflections) for the mod, and the eye problem goes away. Is there any way to use your mod without Ray Trasing? Unfortunately my computer doesn't allow me to use it for the best result. And thanks for your mod, it's great.
well the title is "SSAO Tweak" so i you will have to at the least enable screen space reflections. i can't run RT either so i have to use SSR. i know it's crazy costly too. I've had to use a framegen mod in order to smooth out visuals.
Hello, I have installed this mod and I having problems with the eyes textures.
I've tried different priority configurations with the eye mods I have and your mod, and it seems like your mod makes all the characters'/NPCs' eyes look completely grayish, as if they had cataracts in their eyes. Here's a post where I took screenshots of the eyes in different configurations, changing the mod priorities, and enabling/disabling mods https://imgur.com/a/eyes-test-ssao-tweak-mod-LOMO3zw
I thought it was the hair styles mod, but wasn't, I thought that because when I installed this mod, my game stop loading the mod and I had to reinstall the hair styles mod and then go to the barbershop again, that was pretty weird. Then I tried installing this mod again and luckily didn't mess the hair mod again, but the eyes are still bug
could you link that immersive lightning mod you are talking about?
It's a fairly old mod for witcher 3, it work with raster but I hear it mess up with the RT preset, you might try by yourself : https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/3953
It's one of the best visual improvement mod for me
Yes, but it messed up my entire game. I don't know why, but when I installed it, the New Hairstyles and Beards for Geralt DLC got deactivated, and all the NPCs' eyes changed to a blue-grayish color, as if they had cataracts. I thought it was a problem with the New Hairstyles mod. It's worth mentioning that I'm still using the DLC version and not the updated mod version of "New Hairstyles"
Edit: I have updated my New Hairstyles and Beards For Geralt to the mod structure version, I'm a little afraid to try again with this mod and mess my game, I could record a video and upload it to youtube, the before and after.
Edit 2: I installed this mod again, the eyes still look like cataracts
What Raytracing Settings do I need to keep on for it to work correctly and without problems? Do I need to have the showdows on, the SSAO, HBO+, the Raytraced post processing?
I'm not sure if I'm the only one experiencing this - does anyone else's game crash when getting near one of the Wine Wars locations (Coronata etc.) with this mod? Reverting back to the older version without hair rt fixed it for me.
Use bug report section next time, please. Link to an imgur of the precise location on your map. Upload and link a save file. Detail any save critical mods you may have installed, if any.
I just went to Coronata Estate and have been running around, causing trouble, trying instigate a crash. No such thing has happened. Are you actively playing through the Wine Wars quest?
Hey man sorry for the late reply. Yep I was actually doing the 'Wine Wars' quest (that eventually leads to Wine Wars: Belgaard quest) and was approaching one of the Coronata question marks when the game crashed. I'm planning on uploading a proper bug report later today after work with screenshots.
Hey! Thanks for this mod, already enyoing it, it is great! Only thing is that I had to disable it since I have the same crash during Wine Wars missions and locations.
I need information that is more specific then. Both of you have told me you're getting this crash during the quest, but when I play through BluesWayne's save file nothing happened. Is it when you meet an NPC, when they start talking, did you enter a wine cellar, etc? Do you have any mods that edit certain NPCs from this quest?
Hey man. Well, I can't speak for SantiniDiablo but to share my experience - my game crashed everytime I got near those question marks (within around 80m radius, regardless of how I approached (walking, running, sprinting, jumping around, horse-riding, etc. All crashed the same)) where there were Archespores and Centipedes (I think). I reverted back to the old version without the optional rt hair file and finished the quest without any problems.
Hi. Just want to be sure if I use modded hairs do I still need to use specifically updated version for making compatible hair mods and this mod together? I'm asking this 'cause as changelog in the latest version the author put: ''Reworked skin/hair shaders from Ard Carraigh'' so I thought I don't need to use a compatible patch for hair mods any longer, sorry if this is not what its meant there...

Work started on character hair - vanilla only!
I may do a patch for a couple of mods that I like, but I will not take requests and I have no intention of patching every hair mod on Nexus.
Explain

Imo, this mod is the origin of the eye bug

The optional files are all for DX11.
