Pretty awesome! Care to share what software you used? I've myself tried to make a santahat for geralt that replaces the masquerade birdmask. I used blender and messed around with cloth physics and it turned out ok for a first time trying to make a mod, or modelling for that matter. I'm currently trying to figure out a good way to make the textures and applying them
Too bad that I don't have the base ursine schematics yet so I couldn't test your armor except the cap.
Thanks! I used blender and gimp. I'm also still grinding for the ursine armor, so I can use it without cheating.
Do you think, I should change the hat to replace the mask? I didn't think about that possibility so far. Then it would be equipable, but only if you already have the mask.
I don't really know which way would be best. You do have to search for the ursine armor too so I don't think it would be too bad to wander to Novigrad and buy the hat.
I used this tutorial to create the model: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xEp15H4AXfM
I did of course ''drop'' the hat onto a sphere instead of a plane as he's showing in the video. Give the cloth physics a try in Blender. If nothing else it's quite fun :-D
I've seen the bug, with Geralts ears moving around, mentioned a few times on the CDPR modding forums.

Keep up the good work

Edit: Love the hat
