If you get an infinite loading screen, try deleting some of your model/texture mods, because the overuse of those mods might cause the problem.
somehow i dont get it to work, using GOG GOTY edition latest Patch , put the mod folder into mods and the DLC one into DLC but no scabbards in sight. but also no errors.
I see that this mod has conflicts with BIA, so which one should I prioritize for the Non Bundled Texts and should I merge the Bundled Texts? Or should I leave the Bundled Texts alone? (GOTY 1.32). Can anyone give me some advice?

Renamed the mod folder into "mod0000_aScabbards" so I could set the priority above merged files and it worked. Thanks for the help, I'm on 1.32 if anyone is wondering
Thank you! You actually gave me the answer I was looking for. And for the record, it also works on ver. 4.04: all the NPCs scabbard were invisble for some reason (even those of the witchers) but this did the trick
Are there still plans to update this mod? Because ever since I updated to patch 4.04 (I only did it recently) most NPCs, including the witchers, now have invisible scabbards EDIT: Nevermind, seems like this mod can still work on Next-Gen, I just needed to force it on the highest priority
mh, i think CDPR definetly added scabbards in the Next Gen Update by themselves. Without this Mod, Olgierd, the Knights of Touissaint and the Nilfgardian Soldiers have Scabbards now.
the scabbards are different, so i think they didn't incorporated the mod and just fixed it by themselves
Conflicts with BiA(huge bug fix mod). Not scripts but there are a few Bundled Texts and I believe just one Bundled Non-text that conflicts. I was able to safely merge the Budled Texts together but I have no idea if I did it right since at least 2 or 3 conflicts required manual input where you have to pick from A,B or C. Was just wondering if BiA makes this mod obsolete if anyone knows?
Crazy that this mod was not included by CDPR in the next gen update... I mean, who does not have a scabbard for their sword? Aparently everyone in the Witcher universe lol.

(inside Mods folder, only mod.... stuff go)

If the scabbard is invisible, it might be because you're using an old mod.

Mod works like a charm though. New Game and NG+.
I don't have the mod installed and NPCs definitely have scabbards.
