Version 1.22
Removed some legacy code to prevent items leveling down in NG+.

Fixed an issue where items acquired in NG that don't have separate NG+ versions change to their NG+ versions in NG+.
Version 1.20
Attempts to fix an issue where in NG+, items may be overleveled. For example, say a player begins NG+ at level 30. The vanilla Feline Armor in NG is level 17. This mod would scale the Feline Armor to level 30 at the end of NG. NG+ would then scale the item to level 60 (30+30), when vanilla NG+ would scale the item to only 47 (17 + 30). This mod is an attempt to make sure the Feline Armor in the player's inventory at the start of NG+ is level 47 instead of 60.
