This is a single savefile for those that missed the 'Full Crew' achievement, to obtain this achievement you need to have every possible ally at the Battle of Kaer Morhen. You will obtain it once the you recruit the last ally. In this savefile Ermion is the last one for you to recruit. Talk to him to get the achievement.
Letho is not required for this achievement.
How to install the savefile:
Put the 2 files within the zip-file into the 'gamesaves' directory, often located at Documents/The Witcher 3/gamesaves
