Has anyone run into a case where the mod options doesn't show up in the mod menu? Have already added the xml to dx11/12 filelist, and no merge conflicts

I can't thank you enough for this, you found the perfect way for people to get more out of the game and tweak progression and the economy to their liking. Well done.
I updated the mod to comply latest NextGen version of the game. Also I added a little note to readme.txt because dx12filelist or dx11filelist needs to be changed too. Author of the mod can update his files with those from below if he'd like.
I'm amazed how the community can help themselves :) Thank you (especially for the note in readme, because I had no idea they've changed that)! I've now made a new version which is compatible with Complete Edition and includes the Gwent fix from previous versions.
I expect it would conflict with any mods which are changing XP and gold rewards. Making them compatible basically means creating a new mod variants for each of them, for which I don't have time right now, sorry.

EDIT: This mod conflicts heavily with the other two. I tried to merge them manually and I found it too complicated. But I'm not a programmer, so YMMV.
