This mod should not cause any issues being installed or uninstalled mid-playthrough.
Installation:
Drop the both folders in your root Witcher 3 directory.
Uninstallation:
Remove mods\modBetterMovement and bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc\modBetterMovement.xml
