Hello, In 4.04, i tested and all cutscenes are fixed : - Helm and gloves on nilfgaardians after White Orchard - Avallac'h hair - Eredin duplicate pauldrons
It should be. I didn't personally check every files, but if CDPR added these new fixes to main game in 4.03 (which I doubt), then it would just be redundant files at worst. There are no gamebreaking changes in this mod.
Hello, i used your mod before and it was a very game changer so thank for that !
But in 4.04, i tested and all cutscenes are fixed : - Helm and gloves on nilfgaardians after White Orchard - Avallac'h hair - Eredin duplicate pauldrons
I hope this message finds you well. I understand that you have mentioned no further updates for versions 1.31/1.32, but I wanted to reach out and discuss a potential enhancement. Currently, my Witcher 3 is equipped with numerous mods, and after evaluating the next-gen update, I find it doesn't offer a substantial improvement over my existing setup. As a result, I've decided to continue using the classic version. The only element I believe is missing from my experience is real-time cutscenes. I'm curious if there's a possibility of porting over the next-gen cutscenes to the classic version. If this task proves to be too challenging, I'd like to propose an alternate solution: a version 2.3 with the most stable cutscenes, omitting those with any audio-related issues. I genuinely appreciate your time in considering this request. Thank you for your attention.
I understand that version 2.3 has been incorporated into the next-gen update. However, it's important to note that 2.3 remains in an incomplete state. What I intended by "port" is to transfer all the enhancements implemented in the next-gen update to this mod specifically tailored for the classic version.
It's not really possible (or really really hard) to port nextgen cs into classic because the sound format they use in nextgen is newer version compared to classic version, so they are not compatible. There was a discussion about this a few pages back you can read.
As for updating the classic version. Sorry, I already said 2.3 is the last classic version. If you know your way around Wolvenkit, you can create a new mod and import (lexar) all the scenes you want and don't import any scenes you don't want. Then just pack and install. It's really easy to do tbh.
Could you please provide guidance on how to utilize WolvenKit, or direct me to valuable resources such as YouTube tutorials or instructional videos? I've been struggling to find comprehensive guides on how to effectively use WolvenKit.
Hey! I have a small problem, don`t know if the mod is responsible for it but, Ciri`s cutscene from Kaer Morhen (when she goes crazy and so on after death of..) so this scene is comletely missing! Has enyone encountered this bug at all?
NGE version? If so, then it's another mod because this mod (NGE version) doesn't really touch Ciri or that particular cs. That cs is already integrated into the game since NextGen patch.
Are you perhaps using "Dynamic NPCs" mod by cnfilmm? You can try removing that and see if fixes the problem because last I tested it, it caused one cs before the Battle of KM to be removed completely, so maybe it cause that Ciri cs problem, too.
does anyone have a problem like the animation of Geralt's body when walking a few steps forward but his body is freezes while moving forward this happened several times during the cut scene of Geralt with Keira before talking about the illusion of a large rock blocking the path for the first time and when geralt moved the baron's painting when checking his room
Do you use any animation mods? Does it goes away after a game restart? If yes to both, then that's a known issue (Geralt T-posing after extended gameplay). The only fix is to restart the game if you play an extended session or just remove the animation mods.
Anyway, I'm sure it isn't related to this cutscene mod.
yea you are right i have not got any proof that this mod is the cause, i have too many mods, i already have a plan to fix this when i find the bug event occur then i will check all my mods one by one, just that if someone has experienced a bug like the one I mentioned maybe someone can tell me what mod is causing it
Thanks for the great mod, playing with it has become even more enjoyable. Approved 👍 Could you please release a small fix for the missing Nilfguard helmet, gloves and reins in White Orchard for version 1.32? I think it would be a real gift for those who love and do not want to leave old-gen.
Hi, thank you for using the mod. But as stated in v4.0 changelog, there will no longer be any update for the classic version. You can try using v4.0 in your classic witcher. It shouldn't cause anything game-breaking since it's mostly LOD fix. If not, you can use the "BiA LOD Bundle" ( https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/5752 ), which should fix the same issue as my mod.
im not sure where else to ask about this, all cutscenes worked flawlessly until fighting the bandits in the white orchard tavern, the character models seemed to freeze but their mouths kept moving as they talked, but once the currently speaking npc finished the cutscene would not progress until i hit the skip button. happened again when meeting yen outside the tavern, anybody know what would cause this? i am not using this mod because as far as i know this feature is built into the next gen update, would using this mod fix this?
i did at least 3 side quests in white orchard and did not see any weirdness like this with the cutscenes for those.
You probably have a bug in one of your mods. Try running the game with 0 mods and see if it still has that problem. If it doesn't happen, then you can enable your mods a few at a time to check which one cause that problem.
i had one mod effecting cutscenes and removing it fixed the issue. it was the Disable Fake Lights In All Quest mod found here: https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/3178 i should have expected as much seeing the mod was last updated in 2018, though i assumed because it was along the lines of a texture mod it might work like other texture mods usually do
