Yes, fully compatible, but you have to merge mods and choose one icon and model option for the Viper swords with using the programm Script Merger. BIA or Viper Gear in White Orchard mod, only one model and icon when merging mods. Fixed version of viper swords from my mod, you can see on the screenshot.
P.S. If you don't know how to use Script Merger, it's better not to use this mod. But merged BIA and this mod it's very simple.

In game version 4.0+ (no mods) everything is fine. In game version 4.0+ (with 190+ mods) everything is fine. Look for the cause on your build. This mod does not edit textures and meshes.
My mod doesn't change textures or meshes. It uses the files from the game. Contact the author this mod (if you are sure it is causing a bug) or check that you have a conflict in Script Merger.
I'm understand. Already did this. And one more small note: Willy can create viper armor, but can't create components, which needed for it cause his level too small. That is super weird and cause you can't create armor in White Orchard cause there are no components for it. There are needed dark steel plate .
Right, because this armor is level 6 and the White Orchard can be finished at level 4. In Velen Yoana or Fergus Graem can make this plate (or you find it), and you get level 6 when you go to Crow's Perch on the Bloody Baron quest.

I realy don't know. I don't use these mods. But, i think, it should works together. You just need merging Bundled Text when you got merged conflict.

From my game is fine with textures. <<Screenshot>>. I don't use this mod.
And one more small note:
