Version 5.3 is a complete rewrite of the mod to avoid the need for script merging. The issue with the Nowhere innkeeper entry has now been fixed (shout out to tarlazo). Confirmed working on 4.04a, so if you're still having problems, you probably didn't install correctly. Read the instructions in the description. For versions older than 4.04a, you'll have to use an older version of this mod.
Can I install this mod after Collect Em All has failed? I used to not care at all about Gwent, but now at level 30+ I'm starting to enjoy it. Will I be able to get all of the cards now?
This latest mod update is made for and tested on v4.04a exclusively, and the '@' annotations might only work on patches released after the release of redkit 3. If you wanna use it on older patches, the older mod versions are still available.
A question about the game version: Where can I see if I have version v4.04a installed? In the game I only see “4.04” in the main menu. My Miraculous Guide to Gwent book shows missing cards for “Big City Players” and “Playing Thaler”, although I own all cards and have also completed the quest “Collect 'Em All”. I have installed the latest version of Missing Gwent Cards Tracker (Next-Gen) - v.5.3.
Update: I went back to version v.5.1 and now the book tells me that I've collected all cards. This leads me to the question, how do you get the v4.04a game version? I bought the game on Steam.
You were probably on v4.04a, if the game started with v5.3 of this mod installed. The entries for Big City Players and Playing Thaler is just a bug I haven't figured out how to fix yet, but there's some more info on the bugs tab.
Hello! Don't know if this was previously asked, but I reached a point in the story where the merchant in Downwarren is no longer there, but the tracker still marks him as available for a duel. Did he give any unique card? Any way around this? Or simply I should ignore it?
I see, so this merchant gives up a random card upon defeating him right? So his name on the list will always remain there and I should ignore it? Thanks!
Same here. Tried installing manually and thru Vortex. Removed the book via console commands and added it back. The same original version from the game each time I've read it.
Is there a bug with the DLC cards? My book said I had all the cards, but when I played Olgierd (HoS) I got a Toad from his Monster deck. It's not a duplicate either, I've only got the one.
Hello. There are no notes in the book. Only the introductory text from the first page, but there is no number of cards and their location. Localization is Russian
Playing on 4.04 - installed the newest version (correctly ) but it makes my game crash on launch. Also tried the other versions, but they won't work as well. I don't have any other gwent mod installed. Any idea what I did wrong?
Unfortunately, this mod doesnt work with some languages (for example, Russian) - there are only first lines before "and the following shall appear:" and nothing further. However, when switching language to English, mod works as expected
Weird, thought I had checked all localizations. I think I know what the problem is, so I'll try to fix asap. Use an older version of the mod in the meantime.
