After the installation you have to add the items to your inventory again using console commands. Otherwise the additional slots won't work! (Note: You shouldn't need to enter the console commands if you're adding the items for the first time, i.e. you didn't already have them in your inventory before installing the mod.) Just open the console and enter the following commands one by one:
I get a lot of comments and messages about the level requirement for the armor items. Many people report that the level is either too high or too low after adding the items to their inventory. I want to clear things up by saying that I did not tinker with the level requirement in any way. The mod merely changes the values of the armor sets, nothing more.
What you're experiencing is vanilla behaviour and has to do with how armor works in the game. CDPR programmed the game so that the level of an armor set is calculated based on its stats. Changing the stats triggers the game to recalculate the level. Generally, an armor with rather low stats will have a rather low level requirement and vice versa. Anyway, the behaviour you're describing has nothing to do with my mod but with game mechanics. It's the age-old problem this game has. A lot of armors and swords in the inventory are unusable because of their level not matching the player's. Sadly, only Witcher gear can be upgraded in this game. All the other items are stuck at the level they have.
I don't why you gave such powerfull defensive stats for the armor. Slashing damage protection for whole set is 100% so you almost don't take any dmg. You can just stand there and take it.
I'm having an issue where the new slots are visible, but I am unable to equip glyphs to them (it will make the sound but nothing will go in and the stats do not change). Any advice?
If anyone else had the same issue, just dismantle/sell all the pieces you have and use console commands to spawn new ones. Works perfectly!
Why can the image you show go up to level 100, and did you add any other mods? Also, after adding a new item, its level is too low, is this random? I wish it would be around level 20 to 30, but it's only level 11. I hope to hear from you, thank you very much.
does it only work on next gen? i play old-gen and using this "all in one" mod to add 3 nextgen sets to the game https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/7931?tab=description after spawned them with code, they still have default stats and rune slot
imagine you're a peasant whose entire family was just murdered by some nekker and you're issuing a contract to kill the beast for 50 orens. a dude wearing this armor comes up and says "53 or no deal".

Just open the console and enter the following commands one by one:
For the Thousand Flowers Armor:
additem('Dol Blathanna Armor')
additem('Dol Blathanna Boots')
additem('Dol Blathanna Gloves')
additem('Dol Blathanna Pants')
additem('Dol Blathanna longsword')
additem('White Widow of Dol Blathanna')
For the White Tiger Armor:
additem('White Tiger Armor')
additem('White Tiger Boots')
additem('White Tiger Gloves')
additem('White Tiger Pants')
additem('Steel Vixen')
additem('Silver Vixen')
You can sell, dismantle or drop the old items.
If you don't know about the console please refer to this tutorial: https://commands.gg/witcher3/blog/enable-console
Or install this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/7172

I understand that it may be frustrating, but the problem is the game itself not my mod. As a solution I suggest you use this mod:
https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/3095
It should be a hundred percent compatible with my mod. Hope that helps!
