I'm using Benis Lighting mod NG (Reloaded version), No Artificial Player Lights, and Darker Nights Enhanced+Let the waters Darken along with it (also W3EE-Redux and a bunch of other stuff).
I tweeked it just a little as I was getting some very obvious contrast bands in rings radiating out from the character (not sure of the correct technical description) in indoors areas, perhaps due to my hardware or other mods and settings. After some fiddling I set LSPOIRR_AUTOGAIN_SPEED to 0.1 and LSPOIRR_BLUR_MAX_RECIPROCAL_THRESHOLD to 0.3 in FGFX: :LSPOIrr settings, and lowered my gamma a little, and that cleared them up. I also found the fish eye effect a little strong playing at 1080p with 60FoV, and changed both k ratios to 0.65 in PerfectPerspective settings, and rescaled HUD to bring it slightly further in so it wasn't as curved.
I don't want to burden your Posts section, but every time I install Reshade 5.5.2 having the dxgi.dll file in the steamapps\common\The Witcher 3\bin\x64_dx12 folder, because I'm playing in dx12, my launch/load time goes from 10 seconds to 3 1/2 minutes. The increased launch time stays at 3 1/2 minutes on all subsequent launches too, not just the first time. Even if I delete all the effects and leave a single effect in the Shaders file, it still happens. Literally spent days on this, doing it over and over and over and it happens every time. So, I'm wondering if you've ever heard of this happening and if so, is there any fix for it?
This is really strange, since Reshade is not so resource intensive as to have a big impact on loading time. As a last resort, you can do it with Reshade off and see the difference.
Just open the ReShade menu and in the settings set any key (in my case it's F10) to quickly turn it on or off .. And accordingly, just then check the boot time, with ReShade enabled and disabled.
Just check it out for interest, but I'm telling you, it's unlikely that ReShade increases loading time by that much.
Tried your suggestion and turned off Rehade in-game. Save, exit, relaunch..... same long load time. No idea why this is happening. Appreciate your efforts to help me. I'll end this now as I don't want to burden your posts section with something having nothing to do with your preset. Thanks again. I'll just have to live with being perplexed about it it seems.
Hello. Technically, this will work, although I don't see much point, since everyone is doing their own thing. If you want to get an additional 'movie' effect in BlitzFX, for example, then you can combine it. But you will probably have to make additional adjustments to ReShade in order not to get, for example, strange colors or an image that is too bright or dark.

Brilliant reshade!
But if you have any questions feel free to leave a comment.
