I just noticed this a few moments ago in several caves in skellige islands

I think is a vanilla problem, because I just disabled all my mods by putting a ~ in the carpet name and still looks blurry, I have only noticed this in skellige

Blitz Fx is much better with water during rain, this look too clear and without any interaction in rainstorm, but sadly Blitz Fx isn't next-gen compatible tho

Indeed, Blitz Fx is one of the best modules. It is recommended to update to the 4.04 next-generation version, because there are fewer and fewer new modules for the old version, and then the next-generation version modules are becoming more and more proficient, and will eventually replace the old version.

Is that a different version from the one on discord? “The whitewolf cut”.

Im currently using better vanilla lights but am curious on trying the E3 one but never heard of the whitewolf cut

Using TAUU and SSR on Low, they have unberable flicker and glitch a lot. On High they don't, but the performance is crippled. On Low without the mod installed, there are not any problems.

Currently, the water reflections in the game are angle-dependent, meaning that reflections disappear visible at certain viewing angles.
Would it be possible to create a mod that ensures water reflections are consistently visible regardless of the viewing angle? Ideally, the reflections would remain intact without losing quality, no matter how the camera is positioned.

I haven't installed this but that sounds like SSR. Exactly like you see with GTA or RDR2. So this mod is most likely not using Ray Traced Reflections for some odd reason.

This mod has vastly improved water shimmering issues for me, they're way less noticeable now!

same. Imo the base game looks like real water with the bubbles and foam and this looks.... like plastic? Flat?
