Changed how the communicator works: now 70% chance to reflect 10% of enemy's current vitality and apply stagger; 30% chance to reflect 10% of enemy's max vitality and apply long stagger.
After the last joke mod which is now RIP, I've been back to make a serious one.
The mod modified many useless quest items to make them become unique functional equip-able items. I think the mod will add more fun to the game and give you more reasons to collect these quest items. Currently there've been 24 items modified.
Also the mod is recommended to be used with Witcher Lore Collection, which restored the tooltip descriptions for items so the functioning descriptions of the items from my mod will show up. And the mod is compatible with the to be updated mod in future, the Accessory Slots Mod. The items are allowed to be put into the Accessory slots.

Bundle of burdock: Bundle of strong-smelling flowers. It has a strong pungent smell when lit. Allowing to release toxic smoke when casting Igni sign, will blind, slow and poison enemies. 18.
Forktail Spinal Fluid: Alchemical ingredient needed to lift Uma's curse. One of the ingredients of the Trial of the Grasses potion that enhances mutation. When equipped, the Synergy effect by the mutagens will be enhanced by 17%. When the Mutation system is enabled, the bonus effect will be tripled. 19.
Lizard figurine: Figurine made of cast metal. A magic key to open portals. Will open a portal every 10s and send the nearest enemy into the far air, causing them to fall from the sky. (Will not teleport the same target until next 10s.) 20.
Bull figurine: Figurine made of cast metal. A magic key to open portals. Will do something weird. 21.
Paint: Red and white paint. A testament to the friendship with a border troll. You can call on your new friend to cooperate in battle. The troll will retreat if it's vitality is lower than 10%, and you will have to wait for it being fully healed to summon it again. 22.
Hjort's herbs: For revealing poison in barrels of mead. Have strong sensitivity to poisons. When equipped, will greatly increase the toxicity tolerance limit 30% higher and reduce the toxicity to 1/4 when drinking potions. 23.
Old wine from Toussaint: Very delicious expensive wine from the Fox Hollow region. The alcohol is full of the taste of revenge. A critical hit will always be performed while you are drunk. 24.
Squirrel tail: Tail of the squirrel. When equipped, there will be a 15% chance to gain the agility like a squirrel, dodging any damage and negative effects for 15s. (There's a 5s cooldown before trigger the effect again.)

Potion vial: The interior contains residue left by a thick fluid. The remained fluid is still powerful enough, when equipped, it will make knocked down enemies harder to recover and heavily knocked down enemies fall asleep. 2.

A part of a powerful bomb, when equipped, it can make the bomb dealing 50% more damage( and when equipped with another part at the same time will deal 100% more damage in total, also knowing its recipe from the note to Ciri will be able to deal 200% more damage). 3.

A part of a powerful bomb, when equipped, it can make the bomb dealing 50% more damage( and when equipped with another part at the same time will deal 100% more damage in total, also knowing its recipe from the note to Ciri will be able to deal 200% more damage). 4.
Phylactery: Used to store magic Power. Drawing magical energy from the environment all the time. When equipped, will increase the magic power over time ( 3 pts/s, max to 100pts which can deal 100% additional damage ), dealing any damage with casted signs releases the magic power and loses 1/2 of the stacked pts. 5.
Xenovox: Magic item allowing for long-distance communication. The mechanism is to create a magical bond between the two individuals, which will associate you and the enemy attacking you when equipped, with a 20% chance to deal a damage = 10% of the enemy's max vitality and apply long stagger; 80% chance to deal a damage = 10% of the enemy's current vitality and apply stagger. The damage reflected won't cause death. 6.
Talisman: Made of spruce wood infused with juniper smoke. Protects against evil. Greatly reduces the damage taken from Cursed ones, Necrophages, Specters, and Relicts when equipped. 25% chance with +100% resistance when damaged, 75% chance with +40%~60% resistance. 7.
Jade figurine: Jade figurine of a Temerian nobleman. The statue is full of anger and malice, when equipped, the enemies have a 30% chance to be cursed to shrink if they walk within the range of Yrden trap( If equipped with jade figurine of a Nilfgaardian soldier the chance will be 100%). 8.

Potestaquisitor: Used to detect magic absorption and absence of magic. It can help to detect where the strongest magic power is, when equipped, will let you receive 2 extra ability points ( total 3) the first time you draw from any Place of Power, also extend the duration of the bonuses by 1.5 times. 10.
Crystal skull: Yennefer used it to make a magic raven.Penetrate the heads of enemies with the magic raven. When equipped, the crossbow can kill an enemy instantly with a headshot. enemy level <= Geralt's, 100% health insta kill with head shot ( if more than 3 levels lower, there's a 25% chance to shot anywhere to insta kill.) If enemy level > Geralt's, less than 5 levels higher, 80% health insta kill with head shot; more than 5 levels higher, 40% health insta kill with head shot. 11.
Raven's feather: Pitch black raven's feather from Crookback Bog. The feather contains special magic, which will allow you to land slowly when you fall from high places and eliminate the falling damage. 12.
Rose of Remembrance: Dried flower. According to legend, it restores lost memories. Magic contained in the flower can confuse enemies, always unlocks the highest level of Axii options in dialogues when equipped, and shortens the time to cast alternate Axii sign. 13.
Cursed fang: Used to turn Morkvarg into a werewolf - and can be used to lift the curse as well. The cursed fangs drive the body to mutate like a werewolf. When equipped, it gradually increases vitality and stamina regeneration significantly over time in combat. Start with +20/+2, incease +20/+2 every 10s in combat, max to +100/+10. 14.
Agate: Precious stone of the highest caliber. Though fail to bacome Philippa's eyes, the magic contained in this valuable gem will do you some unexpected benefits. Won't spoil this one, try it ingame to discover the effect! 15.
The Decoctions of the Grasses: Used to begin the process by which a normal human body is mutated into that of a witcher. The potion to activate the mutation of a witcher, when equipped, will be able to unlock one random mutation ability introduced in B&W. 16.
Silver monocle: Automatically switch to the wearable version of it( and won't break the giving it back to Thaler scene).
