- The player is now able to counter attacks by using light or heavy attacks at the right moment just before enemy attacks are about to land on the player.
- Light and heavy attacks, as well as whirl, will deflect arrows, if performed at the correct moment.
- Added slider for increasing chance of the player verbally taunting after performing a finisher in Taunt Settings.
- Controllers are no longer able to trigger the night vision shortcut.

- Aerial Combat System:
- Sprint + Roll or Sprint + Dodge or Double-tap W on kb/m while the targeted enemy is flying and is within 10 meters of the player will enable aerial combat mode.
- The player will proceed to jump up into the air.
- Tapping light or heavy attack will follow targets with light or heavy strikes in mid-air.
- Aerial attacks consume stamina. When stamina reaches zero, the player drops down to the ground.
- Aerial attacks are 50% less effective.
- Each consecutive strike against enemies in mid-air will extend the player's air time by 1 second.

- The player is now able to cast all signs on horseback with the exception of Yrden.
Using signs other than Axii on horse increases horse fear.
Aard and igni will increase fear by 33%, Quen by 16.5%.

- Fixed oneliner ID conflict issue. Allows for 3D loot markers to coexist with compass and other 3D markers.
- The player will now stow away items on the left hand if using the hood/cloak/mask toggles/items.
- Added the KM Pointy Cloak from Hoods to be controlled through the quickslot cloak and hood items.
- Aard can now be cast under water:
- Casting Aard underwater is triggered through the default light attack input.
- Normal underwater Aard will deal 50% of enemy's health at a time in a cone in front of the player. Will also briefly slow enemies hit.
- Holding down the sprint key and pressing the light attack input will trigger the AOE Aard, which consumes the entire stamina bar upon use, dealing 100% max health damage in wide area around the player. - Holding down the highlight objective button (default button V on kb&m) will now trigger the quick inventory after 0.5 seconds (1.5s for gamepad users).
- Only holding down the button will open up the quickslot items inventory.
- Holding down the button and holding down the sprint button will open up the armor inventory.

- Being very close to a quest location or a POI will automatically display the compass.
- Fixes a vanilla bug that causes the player to die due to taking too much damage from Quest related damage sources during gameplay scenes.
- While compass mode is active, if a marker is off screen then it will be visible along the borders of the player's screen in relative direction to what direction the player is facing. The closest enemy marker, however, will be visible to the player as a 3D marker even while on the screen except when it is within the boundaries of the compass. Additional 3D markers in Compass Mode can be disabled by turning off Compass Hybrid Mode in Hud & Camera Settings
