What is the error? I thought I merged it wrong, but I deleted all collision other mods and it still doesn't work. Game ver is 1.31. Can you tell me why?
Try to install the mod but it's not working, in THE WITCHER 3 WILD HUNT COMPLETE EDITION PC V4.04 NEXT GEN. Does anyone have it updated or know why it's not working?
My best guess is that some errors occurred during the merge process that ScriptMerger can't recognize (because it thinks all files have been merged). The same thing happens to me a few times before when I have multiple script mods installed. If you are confident, you can try to remerge r4player from scratch (remove the merged file in ScriptMerger and then it should tell you to merge again). I can't really diagnose anything else from the error message.

This mod doesn't affect any specific monster/enemy in the game. If you could parry in vanilla then you can still parry with this mod, but if you couldn't in vanilla then you still can't with this mod. In fact, this mod doesn't do anything with the parry mechanics, it can only make the timing of counterattack easier.
Not at all. The enemy is never stunned after you parry. As in vanilla, you can hold down the Parry/Counterattack button to keep parry any enemy that you can parry (mostly human enemies that use smaller weapons like swords and clubs, some monsters too but not a lot). Alternatively, there is a very small window where you can press the button (NOT hold) to counterattack instead of just parrying. However, in vanilla you can only press the button once and it has to be at the exact time. With this mod, you can simply spam the button and you can counterattack.
To sum it up, this mod can make you feel like a master swordman against most human enemy, if you suck at timing your counterattack like me. Against monsters, it has very little value as you should be dodging or rolling and not parrying or trying to counterattack.
Why no one make this mod in the past. I waited for mod like this I just recently finish the whole game, time to replay again for 100% competition. Must have mod!

A similar mod was created for the Classic version of the game, I just updated for the 4.04 version. All credit goes to the original author.
