Download main file (or if you have trouble downloading such a large file at once, download separately all four parts in optional files) and extract the content in your Witcher 3 main folder (for example C:\Games\Witcher 3), replace all folders/files.
If you play on 1.31/2 Oldgen game version, download separate version from Miscellaneous files and extract the content in your Witcher 3 main folder.
Modification works on all ingame settings.
For best quality it's recommended to set textures preset to Ultra+
