    Are there any texture mods that work in the current retail version? I'd love a really minor adjustment to one model but am unsure which programs to use. I can get the texture file and fiddle with it but cannot place it into the correct file to be used in game

    So, my character models are looking great but the npcs look terrible. Anyway to fix this? Its really annoying.

    Edit: So, I fixed the models issue by renaming patch-b to patch-x. Now my only issue is that my books of ascension are now gone. Anyone have a solution?

    Edit 2: So, i actually fixed the issue. It took me alittle time but a new patch file had to be created. The problem was that patch-c and patch-w(released by project ascension) are conflicting. I might post the new update patch if i have time and/or care to. The upside is everything is absolutely beautiful now and i get all the custom mounts from ascension and most importantly the books of ascension work. I assume it will break again if project ascension updates. If i havent posted the file and there hasn’t been a major update since you read this then try to pm me and i will assist if i can.

    Edit 3: Stop PMing me. This entire entry on nexusmods is actually out of date. Ascension wow has a discord. Go there and download the HD patches. They keep them up to date. My patch is no longer necessary.

    Hey guys! I read alot of comments about the faces issue after removing the patch files and found the solution as simple as that: Just empty the Cache folder, it's in the same directory like Wow.exe.

    On my 3.3.5a install it says that the login user interface is corrupted and i should reinstall the game.

      this can sometimes happen during game update or install. you need to delete the Ascension launchers .config folder AND the Game EXE along with the WTF folder. Then let the Launcher redownload the game to the same folder. THEN launch the game with the Ascension.exe 1 time WITHOUT using the Launcher.

    thanks for the mods bloodiestcody the game looks really cool ,personaly i had no problems while trying your patches on ascention wow, it works very nicely thanks again the video instructions helped me alot , and have a nice weekend everyone !

    Patch B causes the water to be a glaring sheet of bright white.

      No way of fixing it without knowing how to do the work of this mod itself. I just deleted it. I'd rather not have the npc models/textures than have that glaring water.

      Same for me, and any other Legion models-file I downloaded thats similar has the same issue.

      While I've been thinking of this I've came up with an idea that maybe these patches work like plugins in Skyrim so I renamed the one responsible for water that is "patch-4" to "patch-Z" (because they load in an alphabetical order) and it worked! Damn these simple fixes lol
