Can you post instructions on how to perform this? I have found an older thread on the Egosoft forums, but due to the tools and scripts being quite old, my conversion of another font did not work.
Hi there, because of your amazing Screens i tested your Mod and it's just great. You're right. The new font looks (don't know the different english words) better in every way. But now i have a problem. I bought a new display (27" WQHD). On it's higher natural resolution (2560x1440) that font looks quite annoying - can't really explain. It looks like choosing the wrong (not natural) resolution in windows.
Could you please tell me if there are plans for Mod-versions for other resolutions? Thank you
Hi, I am aware that the font can look strange depending of the settings. I'm currently trying to figure out the best way to generate the font to appease the game, as it can behave weirdly depending on the size I use to generate the bitmap (it changes the thickness for example, although I'm using the regular version of the font it can appear as it was the bold one).
I'm currently using 1440p also and IIRC 1.3 UI scale, that is what you can see on the screenshots.
It's a matter of taste. I much prefer the Exo 2 font. The text is far more contained, and the blockier letters make everything look cleaner and more organized.
