Note that save functionality is disabled during the Target Monitor cutscenes. This is a base-game restriction and is the same when the Target Moinitor plays a video comm.
With this mod installed, my autopilot aborts randomly, without touching anything in middle of some trips. After removing this mod, the autopilot never stopped again. Stock game.
Do you have any "black lists" set in the Player Information > Global Orders menu?
If you do, and the "Use blacklist" setting in the mod's Extension Options is set, then the autopilot will stop if it can't find a way to your destination based on the "black lists" you set in the Global Orders menu.
With the mod's "Use blacklist" setting, the autopilot will either: 1. find the long way around any black listed sectors OR 2. may just stop.
Try again with the mod's "Use blacklist" setting disabled.
unfortunately, no and no. 1. custom hotkeys required Named Pipes feature of Mod Support APIs mod. And that's been disabled for a while. 2. there's no other "menu" that can play cutscenes except for the Target Monitor and fullscreen.
Maybe it is possible to leave some space for the name of the target? Because when i scroll surface elements during pause - i simply can't enjoy the mod to it's fullest - i have to switch it of to at least know what am i targeting...
yes, i think it it used to be 50%, and I changed to 5% as another comment suggested that 50% was too much - which it was. i'll try it at 25% in my next game.

Is there a way to make this mod independent from Mod Support APIs? Mod Support is currently causing undesired behaviour on other mods, like on Reactive Docking.
make sure that MSAPIs mod is updated to 1.9, its latest version. I'm not sure if the Steam Workshop version is at 1.9. Then make sure that Protected UI Mod is disabled.
Also, Runekn released an updated version of Reactive Docking on 23 Mar. Make sure that that's updated. And, of course, make sure that UI Extensions is also updated.
updates to UIX and RD were released for the new RD update to work at about that same time.
Hello again, I just noticed that the autocam just... stopped working. Everything is up to date and I didn't add any new mod. Even by fiddling with the mod settings and removing everything but the essentials, this mod and its requirements I still don't have any cinematic when I activate the autopilot or dock/undock.

Ok I had to disable Trade Analytics because I couldn't make the transaction log appear with it enabled (which has already been reported on its own page). Then after opening and closing a transaction log from a random ship the autocam did trigger after activating the autopilot a few time.
Hello, I have a problem with one of the extra feature for the autopilot: when you activate the autopilot near a station your ship is teleported to avoid to collide with the dock area. But if you're near a Teladi trade station you're teleported at the entrance of the S/M docks and if you're in a L/XL ship you risk to be stuck.
Would it be possible to make it toggleable separately from the other features?
This mod causes the game to become unplayable during the Project Genesis HQ mission. The one right after you repair the satellites. Disabling it fixes the issue.

Or maybe change the position of on-target autocamera so the target monitor isn't fully covered?

did you change something with the percentages which cutscenes start playing?
I am asking because for the last - I think - two versions of the mod it does no longer or only 1% of the time show the cockpit/bridge view.
i'll try it at 25% in my next game.

no extra toggle. just autopilot your capital ship after undocking.
