Changelogs
Version 3.1
I am changing the naming scheme: I am removing the ZZ+ID in the front and just put the ID-number after the name - as I still want the mod's paints to be differentiable from the vanilla ones (when you unlock vanilla default themes you will have them double). Only problem is that people will be unable to immediately see which paintjobs are new - but you can't have everything.
Version 3.01
Fixing a minor typo of the main folder for future-proofing. If you had the mod installed already, please delete the "z_strangi_all paintmods_as default" folder from your extension folder and then extract the new one from the .zip-file.
Version 3.0
The mod has been updated for 7.50. All 100 new paintmods are now available for you to choose.
Version 2.0
The mod has been updated for 6.00 and DLC4 Kingdom End. All 64 new paintmods are now available for you to choose.
Fully compatible with game version 7.50, which added 100 new paintjobs.
Description This adds all the paintmods as themes (also called default paintjobs). Originally the themes were namecoded differently but I have now namecoded them as "<name> <id-number>" so that they are both separated from the vanilla themes you might still unlock but sorted and easier to find..
(Originally the themes were namecoded as "ZZxxxx N". The "ZZ" ensured that these were listed after all the vanilla themes (since themes are sorted alphabetically), "xxxx" being the internal id-number of the paintjob and "N" the actual name. You can look up the id-numbers and everything on the X4-Wiki here.)
While there already was Skeletalfish's mod which does almost the same thing, it's only available on Steam and also hasn't been updated since before DLC3 Tides of Avarice. Installation Manual installation only! I don't use Vortex and as such don't create mods for it. Just put the folder that is inside the .zip-file into the extensions folder located inside the game's install directory.
Deinstallation Just choose another theme, disable the extension and delete. While some small things - like you having these unlocked - is saved to the save file, these mentions are removed the next time you save with the mod disabled so it should be safe according to my testing.
Credits I have to thank Skeletalfish for his guide on how default themes are added.
