I'm not playing/modding XCOM2 anymore, but I'm visiting Nexus regularly, not XCOM2 section, though. If you need help or want to report a bug/new patch incompatibility, please, PM me using CONTACT button above or message button on the profile page.
UPDATE
WotC compatibility: you don't need this mod with WotC DLC. I don't own WotC myself, but others report that WotC already has this functionality. How-To guide.
is working very well with actual steam version of XCOM 2 and actual launcher (may 31st 2020). not tested yet with War of the Chosen DLC. installed via NEXUS VORTEX
I think the issue is we're playing a much newer version of the game. Been having tons of issues as well. There's no Default inis of any kind in the documents folder for the game. Had to create the DefaultMods one following some guy's advice, but the DefaultMissions? There's nothing remotely similar to it even in the game's ini templates.
Thank you very much for your work. As many, it's when I started war of the chosen that I realized that I can't play without your mod, any chance you'll update it?
I can't get this to work. I installed and activated it using NMN, but it's not adding the bonus turns. Can anybody pls help me out with this? Am i forgetting to do any of the steps I'm supposed to? Thanks!
Guys. If you also use the additional missions mod, add this line to the timers ini: +timerOverrideRules=(objectiveNames[0]="RM_Obj_RescueVIP", behavior=eTimerRuleBehavior_ADD, value=-2) Trust me, you don't want to hang around 12 turns in the rioting city, takes too freaking long and if it's your third mission it might also be frustrating.
The mod works as intended ini is not a mess. Read all the comments there before posting a nonsense.
As readme says, the mod adds 4 turns to every timer by default, you don't need to do anything for this to work. All the other stuff is there for those who want to customize their timers for different missions in different ways.
I didn`t really want to use any game `cheats` that might make the game easier, but after getting `dodge\graze\dodge\graze\dodge\graze continuously from an Archon making all my men do 1 damage and then killing my top Ranger in my Iron man game I got pissed and decided to even the odds slightly with adding a little more timer to the Timer.
Game wants to cheat on me? I`ll increase the Timer then!
Just to get it right, in order to active this mod, i need to remove the ";" in front of the line in want to use?
I removed the ";" from the +99 line, but it didn't have any effect. I even started a new campaign.
Fist lines of my INI:
ConfigurableMissionTimers.UIScreenListener_TacticalHUD_HackTimers] ; Disable timer for all missions (might not work for some storyline missions, use set timer for those) ;+timerOverrideRules=(behavior=eTimerRuleBehavior_DISABLE) ; Set timer to 99 example +timerOverrideRules=(behavior=eTimerRuleBehavior_SET, value=99)

Is there any video to see HOW TO?
I installed it via NMM and the path to check the .ini file does not even exists
I understand nothing

Never mind, I found the .ini at last but not where it suppose to be.

Other than that - more info is needed to understand what's wrong.

+timerOverrideRules=(objectiveNames[0]="RM_Obj_NeutralizeVIP", behavior=eTimerRuleBehavior_ADD, value=-2)
and for heaven siege
+timerOverrideRules=(objectiveNames[0]="RM_Obj_TerrorDefence", behavior=eTimerRuleBehavior_ADD, value=0)
;+timerOverrideRules=(behavior=eTimerRuleBehavior_SET, value=99)
most become like this
+timerOverrideRules=(behavior=eTimerRuleBehavior_SET, value=99)
It's pretty simple, really, your ini is a jumbled mess and does not work as intended, fix that.

Endorsed.
