I installed the mod and found Kiryu's clothes has been changed. He no longer wears the iconic grey suit with red shirt but instead wears a goofy green shirt and he is cross-eyed. I don't see this happening in the videos about silly mod on youtube.
But I might have found a fix for the infinite load screen after the Daigo fight. After doing Daigo's dynamic intro, run all the way back to Daigo's boss stage (in front of Kyushu no. 1 iirc) WITHOUT getting into an enemy encounter. Just run like hell. Worked fine afterwards.

Edit: Okay, so it works, but there's one extra folder "layer" in the archive. To make the mod work, you need to get rid of it after installation.
The only problem is that it's still broken and after fighting Daigo there's an infinite load screen.
