This mod is simply change the world time ratio to 1, so 1 hour in real life equals 1 hour in game time, no any other changes

This mod will make changes to \Data\Libs\Tables\rpg\rpg_param.xml, make sure you don't have any other mod that changes that, otherwise, you need to somehow merge it to make it works

Below line are added into the rpg_param.xml


If you want to change to other value, unzip pak file(it is a zip file actually), edit xml in it, then right click on "Libs" folder and zip it again, then rename Libs.zip into
RealTimeScaleMod.pak

Installation:
1. Download the file
2. Put unzipped folder into "\Mods" folder, create folder if not exists
3. The correct placed mod will look like
\Mods\RealTimeScaleMod\mod.manifest
\Mods\RealTimeScaleMod\Data\RealTimeScaleMod.pak
