Install instructions say to put the files from the archive into the data folder. Where's the archive? I tried putting the files from the menu folder in the data folder but there was no change
When installing it conflicts with Mod Configuration Menu/MCM and Weapon Mod Menu. Should I overwrite these files? I have a sneaking suspicious that it will break them both because it's replacing xml files which means it's going to replace it with a file that doesn't include the proper scripts.
Hey! I did a thing where I fixed the position of Vault Boy's face on the stats screen (because it was really off) and I was seeking to get your permission to upload it (just the stats_menu.xml) and also the cripple notification (when i get to fixing that which i assume is the same principle).
Or I could just tell you what I did and you could update it if that'd be easier.
A true must have! Makes hardcore mode much more bearable and it looks great too. A gem for someone who cant run script extender for the fancier Hud options.
Damn...I've modified this to also split the DAM/DPS and DT/DR values so you can see both at the same time, but unfortunately rebb has appeared to have left the nexus for good so I can't upload it as permission is required to improve this mod D:
I'm sure that the author and the nexus won't mind if you release just your modified xml file on the nexus, especially since he hasn't been active for nearly four years. I'm guessing that the inventory portion of the mod wouldn't be that hard to recreate either, because all it does is make the lists larger.
The DT / DR thing is the only thing that's stopping me using this mod (switching from darn as its starting to grind a bit after years of using it), because I use JSawyer's mod which adds DR to armour. I'd really appreciate it if you found a way to release your modification or if you'd be kind enough to tell people how they can make the changes themselves.
Yeah but the problem is I edited the xml file that was part of this mod - so it would still require his permission because I edited his work for personal use, but am now looking to release it for others to use. He's been messaging me right now though, looks like he's back and hopefully I can upload the split dam/dps and dt/dr version to this mod page.
Well folks download version 1.3! I split the DAM/DPS and DT/DR fields in my game so you can see both at the same time instead of waiting on them to change, he's incorporated these changes into Pipware
