How to make npcs get more perks and spells in existing save. OUTDATED. NOT NEEDED
The first thing you need to do is ofc download Synthesis ps: ignore the orange color. its just flux making the screen more yellow/orange
click on the link in the first picture, then click on Synthesis.zip on the new page. it should get downloaded automatically. the version shouldnt matter, just download the newest one.
create a new folder and unzip the files into it so it looks something like this. i have already used the tool so ignore the data and logs folders
if you use mod organizer 2, click on the box next to the run button, then ONLY locate the synthesis.exe in Binary. same thing in vortex probably, just different ui.
