use the string [ActorTypeNpc], is much less restrictive with who can get spells and affect npcs from mods with custom classes. unfortunately elemental mages arent restricted to only using spells of their element. summons dont get spells.

gives npcs new spells based on their class. only vanilla mage classes get spells from mysticism. vampires dont get restoration spells from either of the main files. summons dont get spells. elemental mages cast spells from their element.

adds expert and master spells to harkons court, college of winterhold and follower factions, this is meant to give some npcs high level spells which they will use at higher levels (since they get the magica required to cast it). outdated

this is the poison spells i removed from update 1.9 of the main files. it distribute to the classes from the restoration file in mysticism spells for spellcasters

requires powerofthree's Tweaks with offensive spell ai fix enabled.
adds some sun spells to some npc classes. powerofthree's Tweaks adds a fix which prevents npcs from using sun spells on living creatures.
