Fixed mod for tav/durge, sorry i'm a shadowheart enjoyer and forgot to test custom chars

Shapeshifting will now trigger an update of the speed of your new appearance correctly.
Simplified the code a bit, hopefully no new bugs... Tell me if you spot any (that aren't in the known issue list I'll make soon) and I'll bonk them on the head. -
Client side code added, should now work in multiplayer(?)

Initial release, consider this a beta

Simplified the code a lot, should hopefully fix some issues.

Climbing speed now works, for ladders at least, added acceleration multiplier, fixed some bugs :')

Added a lot more logging infos, send me your log.txt if you have issues, As I can't replicate any of the problem people are encountering (and even less the multiplayer ones as I do not have friends)
Ideally I get all this stuff sorted out quickly. -

The version string now updates automatically with the mod version, no other changes yet.

Can now be left enabled in combat, set COMBAT_ENABLED to 1 in the config file
A later update will also speed up enemies. -
+ Speed up enemies too with COMBAT_ENABLED set to 1
+ Separate multipliers for enemies/party in combat and exploration for the party -

Made an oopsie in the latest version, fixed the oopsi
If you didn't now, shapeshifted/transformed etc are now all sped up properly.
If you saw anything near Wither no you didn't.
