- Add fix for enemies spawning too far away or out of map
- Fix enemies always spawning on rooftops
- Fix some teleportation issues
- Randomize player map entry point by spawn offset setting (also avoids dangerous surfaces)

- Fixed items not dropping (1.4.2 fixed softlock)
- Additional difficulty scaling: Hp, Stats and AC scaling with RogueScore and way higher in Challenge Mode (1.4.2 restore on load)
- New loot filter settings (pick which rarities to Auto-Pickup)
