Effects file fixes to increase compatibility with applied LUTs.
Includes fixes for falling, flash bang, overclock perk, and heavy drugged. -
Replaces scanner LUT with color grade for compatibility with active LUTs. Tint changes based on applied LUT but defaults to green. Uses base ENV vignette. Not compatible with Preem/Nova Scnr (base file only).
