genius mod, but I'm really tired of merging Elden Ring mods, too overcomplicated

I managed to merge the regulation file with the latest version of Smithbox (I was using an older one)

Its not that hard with smith box unless the mods conflict with each other.
and here is a guide to how do it with smithbox.

Hello, one question, I already did this on my personal bin file a few days ago, but the problem is the npc also have this soft cap removed and combined with their infinite FP, they become a pain to fight against, so i wanted to ask if you did something to fix this or the npc also scales ?, anyways thank you in advance I appreciate it

Hey, I am pretty sure this should only work on your character, because there are several params that change the scaling for NPCs. Leave them untouched and you should have the effect you want!

I looked your bin file and you did exactly the same as me, but I also modified the rows without names, maybe that was what scales the npc ? Do you know what those rows are ? Anywayss I'll try it regardless, thank you for responding!

      Sure! I only modified rows 0, 1, 2, 4, 7, 8, 12, 15, 16, 100, 101, and 104 in the CalcCorrectGraph param. :)

I made many merges for an older version of the game and thus didnt update so as not to redo/lose these edits.
    So,
Is it a must for the game to be 1.16 for the CSV merge method?

I haven't tried merging the csv on other versions. You could make a backup of your regulation.bin and try. I don't think stats have been touched by the recent patches, so it might work.
