Version v9-4-2018
- Made scrap recipes for everything, some bug fixes and improvements, and I integrated Deadpool's Service Rifle mod. I wanted to swap it in for the M2216 like I've done in the past with the VSS Vintorez and FN Scar-H, unfortunately I couldn't do that because it has 3 receiver slots instead of one, so any M2216s that became M16s/M4s would have been broken from missiing omods. So any old M2216s will still be old M2216s, I've left the crafting recipe for the M2216 in case you still want to make one. But I have replaced the M2216s in the leveled lists with the new M16s/M4s.

- Didn't get to do a ton on this mod for the update, mostly little fixes that built up over the month. It's mostly updates and fixes for item naming that I came across while working on VIS-G. Added naming for Silver Shroud Gun and Swan's Power Fist which were missing. Updates to naming to match current VIS-G icon set, new grenade and ammo type icons. Still got a little more of that to do, didn't retag all the loads variants yet.

- Fixed mesh file paths on the SCAR-LK and the LK-05.
Fixed Object Template records on M2019 PKD causing it to have names from OBTE combinations and breaking dynamic naming. Also fixed it sometimes crafting without a barrel, and added a barrel recipe so it can be added when missing, such as pre-exiting ones that had their parts deleted in switchover to new version.

- -started working on an ammo leveled list system to workaround the engine bug where it occasionally only gives an npc the base ammo for a weapon but not also the ammo that should be added to their inventory if their weapon has a caliber swap omod changing the ammo from the base ammo. This should prevent any npc from ever having a gun and not using it in combat. I finished implementing it for assault and battle rifles, and light machineguns. Still have some more work to do on this for the other ballistic gun classes, but I didn't want to keep sitting on this update until I got the chance to finish this feature.

Version WIP
- Added destructability for missles/rockets, mini nukes, fuel/plasma cores, grenade launcher ammos (when appropriate).
Major caliber balance pass for all WSE and vanilla guns.
Overhaul of caliber mod distribution, the creation of caliber modcols for each weapon with only common manufactured calibers available in it for use in all non-random object templates.
Change caliber selection for Gatling Rifle from the original mod's selection (which was basically all vanilla ammos) to caliber selection for a base .45 Auto SMG for sake of realism. But the weapon fires the rounds at assault rifle damage values for those ammos, not SMG damage values, because of longer barrel length.
Creating of modcols, object templates, and leveled lists for weapons missing it.
Assorted bugfixes.
Built new gun class keywords, and reworked weapon instance naming rules and DEF_INV_TAGS.xml to add icons for all weapons utitlizing all weapon icons from the expanded selection from Omega's updated iconlibs2.swf file. Also used the new keywords to rework the INNR ruleset for assigning gun type suffixes to weapon names, including support for weapons that can either be pistols or rifles with corresponding icon swaps, and in the case of the laser weapon the inclusing of the pistol being named AEP-7 and the rifle being AER-9.

fix: It turns out I hadn't finished the naming rule. The entries for converted .444 Marlin, 5.8mm DBP87, and 7.92x33mm Kurz hadn't been moved up the lists, so they weren't working because of that. Must have stopped working on it late night and forgot the next day.

Reworked leveled lists to fix an issue of npcs spawning without weapons. I made all base leveled lists have a level requirement of 1. I think the game was looking at the upper level lists, choosing an appropriate base list from there, and then going to the base list and adding the level requirement from that on top of the level requirement from the upper list. So if a player's level fell in between the level requirement from the upper list and the level requirement of the upper list plus the level requirement from the base list, then the npc ended up not getting a weapon. I didn't think the lists' level requirements stacked like that, but I guess they do.
