Description
FO4 VFRT is a utility that allows the user to easily find out the name of the voice file for any line of dialogue in the game. It is a straight-forward adaptation of the old Skyrim version, and for the most part there are no changes to the way it works.
To use, unpack the archive at a location of your choice, and run "FO4VFRT.exe". See the included readme file for details.
Main differences from the Skyrim version
data is generated by grabbing it directly from the game files, instead of relying on a dialogue file exported with the CK
only localized plugins are supported (that may change in the future)
the character encoding menu is gone, since now all dialogue is encoded in UTF8
new ability to play audio (select a line and click the play button, or just double-click the line)
new ability to extract audio
Known issue: high DPI modes are not supported at the moment (the interface looks weird, although it's still usable).
