Second time in two days this has happened to me. This is getting really annoying. I have no idea why these rar archives won't compile correctly...I add them to the archive as I've done for the past... nine fricken years? And now it won't work.
I've just downloaded winzip and tried to make a .zip file instead... I found no answers online for winrar. I don't know why it just decided to stop working :/
I was able to open the RAR file with no issue. You made a RAR5 archive and that can only be opened by newer versions of WinRAR. I guess that etholas has an old version of WinRAR installed.
That may be the case. I'll investigate as it may be me, although I downloaded Radiation Management Tweaks and it opens perfectly. My logic being that a file downloaded from the same author simultaneously would probably have been compiled with the same software.
Edit:
I owe you an apology. It seems it was my version of 7zip. Sincere apologies for causing you undue stress. :)
etholas there is indeed a problem somewhere. I released another mod and others were having the same problem. Also MO and NMM users couldn't unpack the archive either (even my own version of MO wouldn't do it) but winzip archives seem to be fine.
@TheLORDMJ is there a way to use current winrar to pack the file into an older format for backwards compatibility?
I apologize for the late reply. When you select your files and folders and click "Add to archive" from the context menu, make sure to select "RAR" for "Archive format" in the "Archive name and parameters" window that opens.
But honestly I would make .zip archives for something that I upload on the internet. Better compatibility for users who manually extract archives as well as various mod managers.

Thanks to people like you, I now fear the poison. As I should.

Brilliant mod though.
