This patch fixes some of the incompatibly issues that people reported to me,, as well as some issues with LOD stuff, place this at the bottom of your load list. Recommend fix.

No more BOS soldiers entering the Prydwen during Maxson's speech.

This fixes silent NPCs issue if all else fails.
This is an OPTIONAL file which might solve any issue with the NPCs being silent.

These are the direct loose files from the folder.
Extract this into your Fallout4 data folder.
