There are two versions. One requires Far Harbor and Nuka World. The other requires only vanilla game. CHOOSE ONLY ONE.
Now total 240+ settlers in Mainland levelled lists.
Now 40+ settlers in Far Harbor levelled lists.
Added Gender Ratio choice to Fomod (Mostly Female and Mostly Male)
Raised settler levels in Mortal Options to higher levels, to compensate for harder mobs in DLC.
Added Community Clothing and Accesory Pack choice to FOMOD. Now, YOU MUST DOWNLOAD Eli's Armor Compendium (version 1.4 or higher) and Ponytail Hairstyles by Azar (version 2.5a or higher) from the Nexus and install them if you select this option. NO OTHER FILES ARE REQUIRED.
Removed all other CCAP Options for compatibility purposes. If you are already using the CCAP, DO NOT INSTALL THIS VERSION UNTIL YOU START A NEW GAME. OR YOU CAN BE DARING AND RISK IT. BUT IT MIGHT CAUSE LOTS OF NAKED PEOPLE OR CRASHES OR OTHER TOMFOOLERY.
The following files are NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR THE CCAP (I Always recommend AE and Armor Keywords, even though they are not required).

Made mod completely customizable with a vanilla option now.
Added Vanilla "Faces Only Option" that just adds the 70 new faces and makes no other changes.
Fixed AI issue. Settlers now WILL use stimpacks regularly.
Cleaned up files so the entire mod is much "lighter" if you use all of the options.
Reorganized FOMOD to make it cleaner.
Fixed omission in Mortal pack. Mortal HOTFIX from last version is no longer needed. Unintstall it.
Mod believed to be bug free. This will be last version until CK comes out!

There is now a choice between grimy and clean faces!
Fixed a bug where I accidentally turned a ghoul settler into a human. This should turn them back.
Added Aquaboy perk to the optional mortal files, as there were reports of unfortunate drownings because settlers cannot figure out how to get out of water.
Added: OPTIONAL - No Lollygagging. Settlers will no longer lollygag. When you ring the bell, they will run to the bell instead of walking at a snail's pace. Recommended.
Changed: OPTIONAL Mortal Settlers Pack - as there are now settlement raiding mods, this increases the base settler stats to level 20, to compensate for the fact they are mortal.
Added: OPTIONAL Mortal Settlers Soldiers Pack increases the base settler stats to level 30, to compensate for the fact they are mortal. This intended for people that want to play modded settlement-raid heavy games.
Added: OPTIONAL - (NOT IN FOMOD) - "Faction Settlers - Raiders." Since Bethesda is about to release raider items that settlements can build, I thought some people might like this as an option. Settlers will have raider faces. They behave and have normal settler voices, but they have raider faces. They only have the 9 base raider faces (5 male 4 female). Put this after Better Settlers and any Packs you use. They should have the correct stats for the Better Settlers version you use.
Added: OPTIONAL - (NOT IN FOMOD) - Better Settlers Community Clothing and Armor Pack - This is first version. This adds custom community clothes to the settler's levelled lists. I have used it personally for more than a month, so there should be no problems if you install the required files correctly. REQUIRES DX Commonwealth Shorts and DX Adventerur Outfit. This needs to go after those files and any better settler files. If/When more mod authors give me permission to add their clothes to this pack, I will release updates that including new clothes. If you have bug-free outfit mods you like, you are welcome to ask the author to contact me if they want.

All-In-One FOMOD Installer added.
Racial diversity (the 'everyone is pale' bug) is fixed! BUT their faces are "dirty" again.
If you dont want "dirty" faces, DO NOT UPGRADE. I will try to make a patch for 0.95 later.
Added approximately 60 new settlers. Total 97ish possible settler face/hair/race/sex combinations.
Removed melee weapons from lists.
Added very small chance for metal and combat armor sets to roll simple laser muskets, laser pistols or short laser rifles.
Known Issue - Occasional Underwear/ (0) item bug - This may be fixed now. Please report if you still see it.

Gave settlers "Lifegiver 3" and "Adamantium Skeleton 3" perks so they cannot be crippled and so they will heal between battles.
Reduced chances to roll for melee weapons.
Slightly adjusted spawn percentages (Class I slightly less likely now).
Changed Mortal Patch to comply with new version and add the same Perks.
