About this mod
This mod applies several modification to Quaz30's The Top Floor Loft, such as interior Navmesh fix, armor workbench, trash cleaning and an interior workshop for personality.

However, the original mod hasn't been updated in a long time, and I've found a few minor issues, such as dismissing a companion indoors causes the companion to stay where it is, companion sandbox doesn't interact with furniture... So I've tried to fix these issues myself and added some content that I think fits the style of this mod, I hope you guys like it.
- Redrew the Navmesh of penthouse manually and fix the door link, to ensure that NPCs will use correct areas while using sandbox packages, or find accessible route out. (thanks to the experience in Skyrim CK :)
- Add the armor workbench to the workshop cell, and now we have all the workbenches in the penthouse. (the one of weapon, the one of armor, the one of chem and two ones of power armor)
- A workshop workbench was added to the entrance area (you'll see it as soon as you enter), so you can use it to modify the room further and get creative! (Well, actually because I don't have much confidence in decorating :)
- Most trash of the entrance area and the ground floor was removed, so was the too much fog in the entrance.
- The distant view out of the penthouse window will have day/night and weather effects applied that change with the in-game time, the exact list of effects will depend on the adjustments to the Downtown Weather made by other mods you have installed.
- Now you can fast travel from the penthouse interior.
- (1.2d) Fix the original issue that almost all workshop stuff can't be placed on the outdoor roof.
- Settlements. Companions can be assigned to the loft or the terrace.
[Done] Other mods' support, such as the Flyable Personal Vertibird.- Scripted pool and bath with auto undressing.
2024.09.17
- Update the patch for Flyable Personal Vertibird. Obviously you need the FPV mod to get the patch work, and the Nukaworld DLC is required by it.
- It's rather confusing for me to add the two new settlements to the list of settlement. I already knew a single quest with adding-workshop script might probably help, but it just haven't worked. :-)
