People seemed to connect with my Steam review of Fields of Mistria where I express that I find the dedication to aesthetic and moral perfection in the writing of Fields of Mistria to be extremely difficult to connect to, so I began a rewrite. Then I got a new job and everything kind of got lost in the mix.
This is that dialogue overhaul so far.
Not everything's been done yet, though I think I managed to get the intro, the character intros, and the vast majority of Adeline's lines done.
As I got further into the dialogue and started finding stuff that had never been implemented, I've become convinced that the overly-cozy dialogue was a late-stage change, because there's a ton of really fun writing with a little edge to it that I ended up enjoying quite a bit, it's just that most of it never made it into the game.
