Big Bo's recruit dialogue had an erroneus condition from "Ally" to "Playes has money". I reverted that.

There was an issue that prevented some recruits from being recruited due to the fact that the game itself won't let you recruit too powerful NPCs. I made some tweaks to fix this, but you'll need at least 2 coins in your inventory to talk to them.
