About this mod
Clearing minefields is now much quicker and easier thanks to a few simple changes. This is an updated/expanded version of "Show Minefield Locations" mod.
- Permissions and credits
This mod will make dealing with minefields as simple as possible with the following edits:
- undiscovered minefields are automatically shown on the world map
- mines are revealed from long range and don't require Chum's buggy and Dinki Di
- for convenience, mines use a cleaner icon and are also shown on the minimap
While the mod gets rid of the tedious process of looking for minefields, the mines themselves are still lethal and can instakill you and your vehicle, so be careful!
Installation:
1) download the mod archive
2) extract the "dropzone" folder to wherever you have Mad Max installed [same folder where MadMax.exe is]
3) run the game
Everything should be working as intended, but if you experience issues such as incorrect or missing icons, mines not showing up, or anything else seemingly not working, please let me know and I'll try to fix things as soon as possible.
