    HOW TO REPORT ISSUES
We accept bug reports for both the game and this mod. If you want to report issues, please follow the following steps.

    • Please make sure the issue is repeatable. Try restarting the game, and reinstalling this mod, and ensure you are still able to consistently trigger the issue. LE1 especially has a lot of weird bugs that often go away the next time you replay that sequence of the game.

    • Try uninstalling all other mods to see if you can still cause the issue.

    • If you are having an issue with the Mod Settings Menu or the Persistent Settings feature, try reverting your game back to vanilla and re-installing the Community Patch.

    • Pirated installations or cracked executables are not supported.

    • Make sure you are on the latest version of the Community Patch.

You can report a bug either on the Bugs tab of this mod page, or on our GitHub Issues page. Bug reports in this comment section will typically not be looked at.

A bug report must include detailed, reproduce-able steps to trigger the issue, as well as a link to a ME3Tweaks Mod Manager game diagnostic and log. Save files and screenshots are also incredibly helpful. Bug reports lacking detailed steps and a mod manager log will be ignored.

How to generate a log and diagnostic:

I have already overcome the rachni attack at the listening post on Nepmos, but LP:Alpha is still uncompleted in my journal.
The mission is stuck on the first step (arriving at the post on Nepmos). If I go to Nepmos and interact with the NPC there now, nothing happens.
I was able to complete the LP:Theta mission normally. I can't progress the mission chain further though, because of LP:Alpha mission not being complete.

I should've reloaded that hour or so of gameplay when I noticed something wrong, but I didn't. Now at the endgame, I want to fix my save so I can play that bit of content I'm missing out on, but I don't know how.

Anyway: sadly, I am shaky on the details of how it went down now, after playing another ~20 hours. I can't remember the order of things for sure.
    But my best guess/recollection is:

    • I received the mission normally from Lt. Durand when entering Erebus.
    • I had to save scum the fight a few times to succeed (maybe saving and loading is related to the cause of my error?)
    • I survive all the rachni waves and then talk to the commander lady, and she tells me to go kill the other group of bugs (LP:Theta).
    • (In this moment, I could almost swear I noticed my journal should've updated and didn't.)
    • I go to Altahe and complete the LP:Theta quest.
    • Only then do I look at the journal and realize LP:Alpha quest should already be cleared.

    Log/diagnostic w/ savefile: https://me3tweaks.com/modmanager/logservice/logviewer?logid=54dd9c950cf1560cbd6b4ce103119b99

Here is a screenshot of Trilogy Save Editor showing the 'LPAlpha' related booleans, maybe it can help with understanding the issue: https://imgur.com/hWeXWhi (note: I did try to complete the quest with the save editor, but I couldn't figure it out, so I went back to non edited save - that's what this screenshot is of. These flags are representative of the conditions where the bug has occurred) It looks like rachni queens were supposed to spawn ('Overlord') but didn't.

Not willing to uninstall and reinstall mods for testing right now, but for the record, I am only using the "first playthrough friendly" mods on "Aly's Mass Effect Modding Guide".
I would try to reproduce the bug, but I'd need to play through the beginning of the game again, since I trashed my old saves from before I did this part of the game. Maybe later.

Since this post doesn't meet the expectations for the bug reports proper, I guess I'm posting out of desperation someone might reply and say "hey this happened to me and you can fix it by doing X". If anyone has suggestions for how I should proceed, please leave a reply. I would really like to 100% the game before continuing with this savefile to ME2&3. TIA.

Hello, I was about to start playing ME1 LE, and  when I start the game, the camera are rotating over the character. Apparently it is due to having a Joystick connected, which in my case I use for the Elite Dangerous. Do you know if the Community Pacth solves this problem so that I don't have to disconnect the joystick every time I play ME? thank you

No, the community patch would not solve this, as this would break people playing with controllers. You will need to disconnect or disable the joystick.

This may be a dumb question, but if I play LE1 with only this mod, when I try to import that save to LE2 unmodded (after finishing the first game) will it accept the save fine?

      Yes
  7. Not a Bug - just something you missed. After Shepard gets his vision by the Beacon and you wake up in the medbay, the Commander asked Shepard to meet him for a private chat. Ashley says o.k. and agrees to the meeting. The commander should have said Ashley and not Shepard. Clearly the commander was speaking to Ashley not Shepard. How did the game devs and you both miss this? The commander Did Indeed have a conversation with Shepard but they cut the scene (I guess the original dev team did it for continuity reasons or never made it) where Ashley has a conversation with the commander - Otherwise WHY create a scene where Ashly agrees to meet the commander?  You see.. they made  mistake because they cut scenes and one part of the team did didn't get the meno. In reality, the commander asked Both of them for private meetings.

That isn't a mistake, and Ashley/Kaidan are saying "Okay, I'll be in the mess hall if you need me." to Shepard, not Captain Anderson. Hope this makes sense to you. :)

Such a QoL mod! I've been using it for a year or so and I didn't realize that this mod was the one which fixed the astroid twinkle on the galaxy map! I noticed they weren't there the first time I played it (without mods), then they were back again and I thought I was losing my mind lol. Thank you so much for making this mod! :) <3
  9. Thank you! Great mod!

This was likely due to using Appearance Mod Menu, which accidentally did not include this fix. This has been fixed in a new update.

For the "UNC: Asari Diplomacy" assignment:

Upon completing the mission, choosing the Paragon/Renegade while conversing with the Asari diplomat (Nassana) was supposed to yield a Armali Council License.  Nassana said so herself in her dialogue.  However, it was never given, and it is a bug that was never fixed.

Hey, I have tried to fix this several times for the mod, the transition fires to apply the Armali Council License. I remember having a really hard time getting the license added properly, but I thought I got it working a couple of updates ago.

In theory it's fixed, but maybe I need to take another look.
