I have another question, I'm sorry: Are there any plans to include a patch for EGM? Your mod is fantastic, and the cabin invites are a nice immersive part of romances EGM adds to the game, and it seems like it would be a great combination if there could be a patch to offer a different dynamic to the cabin invite animations. I like the choice to play a softer male Shep, not one that is always positioned as the "macho" one; that's one of the things I appreciate the most about your mod and about the Kaidan romance in general. The option to switch around or just change the cabin invite animations would be nice, if possible.

That's a cool idea, maybe the animation could switch based on morality. Right now though, I'm playing other games, and editing other people's mods would require permission, I'm not planning to release an update at the moment.
But if you'd like to try it now, I put together a simple, brute-force patch that swaps the animation. Just a heads-up: it's a very rough workaround, and it'll also affect cabin invite scenes for other original male Shepard love interests.

Hi, thx again for your mod. I've started to play the game now with your mod & I encountered 2 issues so far.
If i use your mod, I've 2 convo with Kaidan that are not playing (so far).
- When you recruit Kaidan, when you go speak to him in the Normandy for the 1st time, the convo where he speaks of his dad beeing MIA is not playing (you click on Kaidan, nothing happens, you click again & you have a the banter that normaly follow the convo) - When you rescue the Ceberus scientists that are with Jacob, the convo in the Normandy where he speaks of Cerberus & the Illusive man is not playing (same thing, click once nothing, 2nd time banter)
It's the last mission i've done so i'm not sure if more convo will have problems later in the game.
Not sure if it's your mod alone or an incompatibility with another mod, the only thing I know is this 2 convo won't play if your mod is unable but if I disable it, I've the 2 convo.
So far, I haven’t encountered these issues on my end. I haven’t downloaded all the mods you’re using yet, but from what I see, none of them modify the specific conversation files in question, so I’m not sure of the exact cause. I’ve seen reports of people completing the game with my mod without mentioning these issues.
For now, you could try verifying the game files via Steam. If you have a save file where this happens, feel free to send it to me, and I’ll take a look when I can and test with all the mods later.
Not sure it's linked to the save since if I reload my save but with the mod disabled it works, but I can give you one if you want sure. I've already try to reinstall the game but i did it with ME3T back up, but I can try verify the game with steam.
I wouldn't have noticed the convo missing If I did already played OT like 7 times since there's no bug or crash, just the convo not happening.
Anyway, will try to verify game & reinstall mods & see if it still happen.
So tried a clean install & it's working now, not sure what went wrong the first time since I use ME3T batch mod installer with game restore, but well it works, sorry ^^;
Thank you so much for this! I especially really appreciate the restoration of content to the intimate scenes, as male Shep deserves all that Kaidan loving, too. There are a few male Sheps of mine who have finished ME2 literal years ago but I've never progressed into ME3 because I was holding out for a mod to give male Shep some of the same Kaidan intimacy that female Sheps get. Thank you so much for your hard work and for giving us options with the scenes, as well! I appreciate the care that went into this mod.
I wish it were compatible with Optional Flirting Mod, which is one of my essential mods. The description says it overrides some "non-flirt dialogue options" for Kaidan. That sounds like this mod restores dialogue to vanilla choices: that is, top = flirting, middle/bottom = neutral/platonic/rejection. Is that correct? No more top left dialogue for flirting, as in Optional Flirting Mod? Is it just for Kaidan/Ashley? Optional Flirting should still work for other characters?
Also, I hope it can be compatible with Gay Garrus one day, because there is one male Shep of mine I'd love to have in a poly relationship with Kaidan and Garrus. (He is greedy for all the best boys, and why not?)
Thanks for your support! This mod makes minimal changes and mainly focuses on Kaidan's storyline, so most conflicts are minor.
Optional Flirting Mod: Most platonic options for other love interests remain unchanged. Both Kaidan's and Ashley's platonic options are mostly available, but the mod overrides a few of Kaidan's during the hospital visit and date, making the gift romantic. Ashley's platonic options are also intact, except during the first visit while she's unconscious. I didn’t create a patch because I didn’t think it was necessary.
Gay Garrus Mod: Most of the mod works, except for a conflict during the Citadel DLC ending. As far as I know, it's not compatible with the Poly Romance Mod. However, if you're only flirting with Garrus, there shouldn't be any issues.

Or do I need to disable this mod when I am playing a male Shep romancing Garrus? (Sometimes, I like to have two Shepards going at once, like a renegade and a paragon, just to give myself some differences of experience.) Is it okay to keep this mod active and enabled as long as I only flirt with the appropriate love interest for each Shepard? I'm sorry for this silly question! I guess it would be simple enough to disable this mod at the end of the Citadel dlc party for any Shepard romancing Garrus, if need be.
Yes, you only need to disable my mod before the goodbye scene if you’re romancing Garrus. Sorry for the inconvenience, since Gay Garrys (LE3) is still a WIP and seems slightly incompatible with CEM, I plan to make a compatibility patch once it's finished.
When I saw this I screamed in excitement. I've never played MELE 3 in anticipation of a same sex gender mod romance for Kaiden and now this. THANK YOU! The day has finally arrived.
Thank you for all your hard work. I finally completed my LE playthrough with this mod yesterday and it was perfect, better than I could have ever expected. The extended scenes are so sweet and the dialogue fits right in. I almost forgot it was a mod. Thank you so much. This means so much to so many of us. For prospective users, I was running this mod with an imported romance from LE1 and LE2 with Same-Gender Romances and everything worked very smoothly for me. No issues with any of my other mods either, including Audemus' Happy Ending and Diversification Project.
